Installation of a new bathroom, kitchen, combination boiler and the rewiring of a Colwyn Bay flat for renting.

Completed by J.T. Cox, the bathroom, kitchen, boiler and electrics were completed to the expected standards for the property to be rented.

Kitchen
Removed the old units, worktop and lino floor.
Installed new pipe work for the kitchen sink and a washing machine.
Installed the new floor and wall units, worktops, sink and appliances.
Tiled the walls above the worktops to create a splash back.
Laid new laminate flooring.

Additional aspects (Boiler & electrics):
Removed the old floor standing boiler and replaced with new wall mounted condensing combination boiler, this included all new hot and cold water supply pipe work and a new gas pipe from the meter to the boiler.
Fitted thermostatic valves to all of the radiators.
The flat was fully rewired including new sockets, switches, light pendants and a new consumer unit. This was carried out by our fully qualified electrical contractors (NIC/EIC accredited).
