Rhos on Sea back garden lawn developed from property back area

J.T. Cox removed the old fence, rubbish and slabs from the rear garden (filling three large skips in the process).
The area for the lawn was rotivated, any stones found were removed and a layer of topsoil was put down.
The area at the back door was leveled out and a hard-core base was compressed to give a stable base for the new slabs.
Some of the old slabs taken up from the garden were recycled to construct a base for a shed.
A new lawn was laid over the topsoil and a fence and gate was constructed at the rear of the garden to give privacy from a communal walkway.
