We decided to convert our bathroom to an ultra modern shower room.  I found J T Cox on the internet and asked Phil to give us a quote.  Phil gave us a lot of ideas and quoted a very reasonable price. Work started and we found Phil and Chris to be punctual, polite and at all times, very professional.  Heavy snow delayed proceedings slightly but the work continued as soon as our house was accessible again.  The standard of work is very high. 

We now have a superb well constructed shower room that fits exactly with what we asked for.  I would not hesitate in using J T Cox again.  Good tradesmen are hard to find, J T Cox are a good find. Highly Recommended.

J T Cox Group was highly recommended to us by a much respected Llandudno business man for the complete refurbishment of a property in the Llandudno area.

The works involved the stripping out of the kitchen and bathroom, together with the removal of an internal wall, built in cupboards and making good thereof.  The supply and fitting of a new kitchen and bathroom, and the installation of a complete central heating system.  New internal doors were fitted and new floor coverings fitted. Finally the whole property was redecorated throughout.

Not only was the quotation for the works extremely competitive, but the standard of work and its prompt execution was exemplary.  Moreover, all the staff from Directors to the skilled tradesmen were extremely courteous and helpful throughout, and completed the works well within the agreed time and budget.

We therefore have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone who wishes to have their property refurbished to a high standard and at a very competitive price.

We can thoroughly recommend J T Cox.  We have a 4 bedroom house which had a central heating system that left the radiators lukewarm and the house cold in winter.  J T Cox recommended the right boiler for us and within a fortnight returned removed the old boiler, pipework and radiators and then fitted a new system.  We went on a mini break while they did it and returned to a lovely warm house and you wouldn't have realized so much work had taken place. Everywhere was neat tidy and WARM.  They always seem to be at the end of the phone with support and help if needed.

Since then James  from J T Cox has re-decorated the living room and again a fantastic job.  We are very pleased with it and everything done on time and left neat and tidy.  Byron is now helping to sort the bathroom out.

This is a very well run company and all praise to Phil, Chris and their team.

We contracted the services of the J.T.Cox Group Ltd in May 2011, for the redevelopment of our new Day Centre based in Rhyl, which opened on July 15th.We had received four quotes for the works required, but decided that a Local Company would be more suited to our needs in the long term, and we chose this particular company for this reason, and because of their highly competitive quote.

The works required were very extensive, and we found the company to be professional in all aspects of their work. They were friendly, clean and polite to all our employees who at various times, had to visit the development with prospective clients. We were able to hold regular meetings with their management team and plan successful outcomes for any unforeseen circumstances which arose. This exceptional level of continual communication meant that the redevelopment kept on its timed course and enabled us to hold our Open Day as planned on July 15th.

Once the works were finished and handover took place, they were only a phone call away for any problems which we encountered.  Even now, after being open for three months, we only have to pick up the phone and ask for help and they are there, without a moment’s hesitation.  We plan to continue to employ their services because of their attention to detail and the professional way in which the entire team works.  It’s obvious they take pride in their work, which is reflected in the current growth of their business.
